Eric is not new to the restoration of old buildings, with a number of such jobs “in his belt”. The conversion of the Watermill Mill in nearby Aberfeldy into a stunning visitor attraction, gained him the premier award for such work in the area. One of his designs for a “new build” on the shores of nearby Loch Tay, resulted in his practice winning “House of the Year” at the prestigious Dundee Institute of Architects. Visit Scotland have awarded the Tower five stars.
